Credit Check – No Cost to you 

You can set up an account with www.CreditKarma.com  for a free credit report.  Send us the username and password for Applicant and Co-Applicant and we will go on the site and print out the report.  After we have gotten the report you can change your password so we will no longer have access. 

Background Check - Final Stage after you make it past the above steps (there is a cost for this) 

If your Application and Preliminary Credit Report are satisfactory we will then run a Criminal Background check, an Eviction check, and a formal Credit check using a site called SmartMove.  It will cost you $35 per applicant, and we will send you an email with instructions how to set up an account and pay for it, and authorize them to send the information to us.  We don’t want to cost you money unnecessarily, so if you’ve made it this far your chances of being approved are pretty good!
