HOW IT WORKS

It's really pretty simple:

1 - Sign up on VIP Buyer List or just select one of our Available Listings

2 - We will notify you when we have a new property available if you don't see one in our existing inventory

3 - When you see a property you like make sure you go to our Listings page and watch the video tour, view the pictures, and view the qualifications, and maybe even drive through the neighborhood to see if you like it.

3 - Then if you want to see inside let us know.

4 - Then you will complete an online application and send us a credit report. We will verify certain information and determine if you qualify for the home.

5 - We help you execute the contract, pay the needed funds, and move in.  We're with you every step of the way to make sure everything is as easy as possible.

With our easy qualifying Lease to Buy or Owner Finance programs, you can move into your new home today and if needed we will work with you to help you qualify for traditional financing later, or offer you Owner Financing if available for that particular house.
